Self-Service Platform
Whinta is a self-service WhatsApp Business API platform where users can sign up, make payments, and use the platform immediately. All sales, including subscriptions and service fees, are considered final once paid.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a service or subscription, please contact Whinta support via email at info@whinta.com, WhatsApp at +91 1169656640, or phone at 011 69656640. Provide account details and reason for cancellation.
For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the current billing cycle ends to avoid charges for the next period.
If cancelled within 7 days of a new billing cycle, no refund will be made for that billing period.
Services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle; unused time or services are not refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered:
- In cases of clear technical failures that Whinta cannot resolve within 14 days of reporting.
- If the plan was mis-sold by Whinta’s internal sales team, subject to a case-by-case review.
Refunds are not granted if:
- The user voluntarily cancels.
- The user’s account is banned or suspended by Meta/WhatsApp for policy violations or other reasons.
- Setup fees, service fees, or any other API-related charges are non-refundable.
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
Policy Changes
Whinta reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued usage implies acceptance of changes.
