Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Sales Intern at Whinta. The Sales Intern will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and sales management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Stipend

The stipend is upto 10k + incentives.

Timing

Shifts available: 10 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 8 PM (one shift will be assigned).

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Training skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2. Customer Support Intern

Whinta helps businesses streamline communication, enhance engagement, and automate processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Intern. The Customer Support Intern will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers via chat and email, resolving inquiries, and providing technical support. They will also help maintain customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues, and following up on customer concerns.

Stipend

The stipend is upto 10K + incentives.

Timing

The timings are 10am to 7pm.

Duration

The duration is minimum 3 months.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and support skills, including experience in resolving inquiries and handling complaints
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide clear instructions to customers
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
